Shipping policy

Processing times 

Orders are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days. Please allow for possible delays, as Katarsis is a one-person operation. Processing times are subject to change without prior notice, but any updates will always be indicated in the website’s headline bar.

If you need your item by a specific date, you may purchase the “Priority Order” option on the website so your order is processed ahead of previously placed orders.

If you must receive your item by a certain date, please contact us via Instagram so we can confirm current processing times.

Delays may occur at any time of the year unless otherwise stated in the announcement header on the website (e.g., vacations, traveling for markets, etc.).

Shipping delays & Upgrades

You can choose between tracked or untracked shipping at checkout. Untracked packages do not include insurance, and we are not responsible for the package once it leaves the workshop.

Free shipping on orders of $100+ is sent via untracked shipping.

If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order, as delivery times are not guaranteed.

Canada:
Untracked (Standard): 4 to 10 business days (up to 6 weeks for British Columbia)
Tracked Shipping: 2 to 5 business days and includes a tracking number

Damaged or lost packages 

If a package arrives broken or damaged, we will send a replacement.

Lost packages will be replaced only if tracked shipping was selected. For untracked shipping, we cannot insure the package, as it cannot be monitored once shipped.

Untracked shipping is a more affordable option that helps keep our products accessible, but it does carry a higher risk. Packages are rarely lost, but we prefer to be transparent with our clients.

Custom orders

We do offer custom orders. Please email us at lili.land.crafts@gmail.com to begin the process.

All custom orders must be purchased before the creation process begins. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse custom requests depending on our workload or capacity to complete them.

Stainless Steel Jewelry Care

Stainless steel is durable, tarnish-resistant, and made for everyday wear. To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend the following care tips:

• Clean gently with warm water and mild soap, then dry with a soft cloth
• Avoid contact with harsh chemicals such as bleach, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products
• Remove jewelry before swimming in chlorinated pools or salt water
• Store your jewelry in a dry place, preferably in a pouch or jewelry box, when not in use
• Avoid impact or excessive friction to prevent scratches

With proper care, your stainless steel jewelry will maintain its shine and quality over time.
